As a HR Business Partner, you’ll be to ensuring that we have great people in every position, drive performance outcomes, create career pathways and learning opportunities, build our culture of high engagement and manage the employee experience throughout the lifecycle of their employment. You’ll be a people and business partner who will be determined to make change happen ,obsess about quality and will take pride in representing our brand the right way.

About the role:

• Lead the development and implementation of our approach to managing performance using the very latest trends and technology
• Implement learning interventions and digital resources that solve our people’s work challenges in real-time
• You will Influence others to make change happen
• Build and use employee data, insights and technology to inform strategy and decision making and drive performance outcomes
• Build our culture of high engagement and manage the employee experience throughout the lifecycle of their employment
• Create an environment where people can do their best work

The must haves:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Proven experience of influencing behaviour, changing habits, or encouraging new ways of thinking
• CIPD Qualified (Level 7 preferred)
• Driven to create an environment where people can do their best work
• Experience of implementing HR products that improve team performance and supports learning pathways
• Must genuinely care about people and want to create an environment where they can succeed
• Familiar with a range of platforms, comfortable with building and using employee data and insights and able to move at the speed of our business to solve our people’s work challenges
