Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be partnering with our customers and be responsible for the success of their accounts. Your goal is to ensure that we provide an awesome customer experience, drive adoption, create new opportunities and maximise customer retention and referrals.
About the role:
- Partner with Verifile’s clients, ensuring that their business needs are understood, create and execute a strategic account plan jointly with the customer, and provide tailored solutions that align to the outcomes required and demonstrate value.
- Participate in regular customer review meetings to discuss progress against goals and objectives
- Advise our customers on how to improve their performance, reduce their hiring risks and increase their return on investment.
- Ensure that our products are used effectively and are valued as an essential element in the efficient operation of their business.
- Assist with product demos and implementation for new and existing customers
The must haves:
- Previous and proven experience of working within a customer success or growth account management role.
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and passionate about customer experience, happiness and satisfaction.
- A track record of delighting customers, expanding revenue and mitigating customer churn
- Excellent at collaborating with others, working directly with customers to achieve success, communicating with fellow team members, and identifying additional opportunities.
- Tech savvy with experience of implementing software on an account-by-account basis.
- Degree level, diploma or equivalent education preferred.
