As a Client Relationship Specialist, you’ll create meaningful connections with our customers through daily interactions, offering expert guidance to help them in making the best decisions for their teams. By delivering exceptional support via live chat, phone, or email - paired with your excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and proactive mindset - you'll play a key role in making the world a safer, more honest place.

About the role:

• Provide clear guidance to clients through the online screening process
• Develop effective working relationships with clients, ensuring accurate information is shared
• Support clients via phone, email, live chat or teams
• Use initiative to identify opportunities, address challenges and proactively look to improve processes
• Seek to understand clients needs, providing solutions that drive satisfaction

The must haves:

• Experience in a busy, customer facing role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent typing and data entry skills with familiarity of MS Office

The nice to haves: 

• Knowledge of an additional European language is desirable to support global client base
• An interest in the HR industry
