As a Customer Success Executive, you will thrive on building lasting relationships and ensuring the success of client accounts. You will be the face of our organisation and play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

About the role:

• Build strong, lasting relationships by understanding customer needs and priorities
• Relay customer themes internally to influence a streamlined customer experience
• Empower customers to become Verifile ambassadors, enhancing brand reputation
• Identify growth opportunities to boost customer value and revenue
• Track order patterns and maintain regular contact to forecast income and mitigate risks
• Proactively set stretching goals, gaining buy in and support across the business to achieve these
• Be a trusted advisor, understand your customers objectives and enable great outcomes
• Own all aspects of the customer lifecycle, ensuring you are the face of Verifile

The must haves:

• Previous experience in a Customer Success or customer-orientated role (business to business)
• Ability to build effective working rapport with clients and colleagues
• A proactive approach towards helping customers

The nice to haves:

• Experience within the HR/HRTech space
