About the role:
As a Business Support Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our workplace running smoothly , managing daily admin tasks, maintaining a safe and professional environment, and creating a welcoming experience for all. As a Business Support Assistant you will be front of house and drive process improvements by leveraging technology and ensuring consistent adherence to established procedures.

The must haves:

• Proven experience in a Front of House and/or administrative support role.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and general technology systems.
• A solid understanding of health and safety requirements in the workplace.
• Able to attend the office in Bedford Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

The nice to haves:

• Experience in a similar role in a Corporate or Professional Services background.
• Experience of using Monday.com
• Able to utilise automated technology to enhance efficiency, optimise and streamline processes.
• Experience in the use of Service Desk technology, e.g. Fresh Desk, or similar.
